The airCARE Membership is Goettl’s annual home comfort maintenance program, available for $99 per year. Members receive a complimentary HVAC inspection, a complimentary plumbing inspection, 15% off all Goettl’s HDM services, 15% savings on new and upgraded plumbing and HVAC equipment, VIP priority scheduling, priority 24/7 emergency service, and dispatch fees waived with any repair. AC maintenance is scheduled between January and May; heating maintenance is scheduled between August and October.

Good Neighbor Initiative

Each year, Goettl’s High Desert Mechanical selects one deserving community member to receive a complete home comfort system — a new HVAC system or water treatment system — at no charge. Nominations are accepted from the public. To qualify, the nominee must live in Yavapai or Coconino County, own their home (rental and commercial properties are not eligible), and have an existing HVAC system.
